Included are curators' oaths and appointments, faculty and administrative appointments, sale of University land, conferring of degrees, legislation pertaining to the University, appropriations and budget needs, miscellaneous reports, departmental organization, Seminary and subscription fund, various court cases against the University, admission of women, Civil War occupation by the troops, destruction by fire of Academic Hall, creation and location of College of Agriculture and School of Mines.
